She is a relational and emotion-focused counselling psychologist. She practices with an intersectional, trauma-sensitive, and queer-affirmative lens. She was also the recipient of the ‘Prof. John and Judy Carey Scholarship Award’ that celebrates motivated, committed and brilliant aspiring counselling psychologists, and was honored by her alma mater for the same. Her client-experience lies in Self-exploration, Relationships and Social Concerns, Depression, Burnout, Anxiety, Trauma and more. Saisha believes in the transformative capacity of self-compassion, innate in each individual and hopes to foster that with each session, collaboratively with her clients.
