Who Can Benefit from the Launchpad?
The Launchpad is designed to cater to the needs of early career therapists, who are in the first three years of their practice. It seeks to offer ease and support in finding a community of like-minded therapists, ways to tackle and reduce administrative load, and build professional competencies through regular support in supervision
How often do supervision sessions take place?
Supervision will be for 90 minutes, and take place every alternate week, i.e., twice a month. For additional support, the group and supervisor will be available on whatsapp and on a need-basis
How do I know this is the right fit for me?
You can explore the group for one month to assess if it meets your needs. Ideally, we recommend that you join for three months, as finding and claiming space in supervision also takes some time.
How confidential are supervision and mentorship sessions?
Confidentiality is a crucial aspect of supervision and mentorship. Supervisors and mentors adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain the confidentiality of the information shared during sessions, ensuring a safe and secure environment for open discussion.
Will I get clients through this launchpad?
While Mindscape will market your profile and endorse you as a recommended therapist, client footfall and retention cannot be guaranteed. Instead, we will collaborate on mutual networking to ensure your profile reaches a larger audience to increase the chances of increasing your client base.
